It's confusing, yes, but there's something not right about this... How come the word 'sentance' was spelled the same in no. 15? It's as if written by the same person. The correct spelling is supposed to be 'sentence'. Whatever it is, admin could tell from where the response was posted. Have you reported to admin?

Oh well, probably you two like the same word. Just kidding!
I have gone through some of your responses and I think I did read it somewhere about another Lotter, not you of course, who shared the same PC with her husband or somebody else. So, when she was signing out and the husband used the PC and commented on other discussions, the user name appeared was hers instead. A bit similar like your case, but it's kind of weird because your user name appeared on your own response to your discussion.
Well, glad that it has been sorted out.

I have beem on mylot for....oh...comming up on nealry 4 years now and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen this happen before. This indeed truly bizzare. A few questions for you. Is there anyone else in your house that is a mylot user? Are you on a network? Do you ever log in from something like an internet cafe? Are you on a wireless?
I really don't know what to say. I would contact the administration here directly and explain in detail what is going on. This has got to be the absolute strangest thing I have ever seen happen here.

ah ha! ok. I ocaisionaly go on mylot on my girlfriends computer at her house. She is also a mylot user. A few times, I have posted responses while signed in under my name, but when I hit the submit button, it had somehow logged me out and her's in, giving the response in her username.
Lol, ok, this explains it all. Mystery solved

Huh, weird, yeah I would definitely take a look into it and see how it came about that you responded to your own discussion, as though it is not possible to respond to your own discussion. Definitely check with admin and see what is going on and they may take a look into it for you, cause this was no way done by you.

hello brother,
Have you ever use any computer in your office or any public net cafe and you left your mylot account log in?
I remember one time, and i think it is you, that you were using your office computer and you forgot to log out your mylot account, just in time your colleague use the computer and respond to mylot using your account...or it is the way around.
I remember one incident that happens something like that.
Come to think of this incident dear brother.

Amazing... Did you report to the admin or technical support people around here? I believe there are a few possibility; 1. your account has been hacked (thus, tried to change your password) 2. someone used your account in your household when you were login to mylot 3. your computer has been hacked, (not just your account in mylot). 4.there is some technical issues around here (I don't know but just one of the possibilitues). I think it would be better if you can really narrow down the possibility as it would be serious problems if your computer/your account has been hacked.

I think someone must be fooling around here. I once had someone requesting for my friendship using my avatar and my name with only a slight difference in the spelling. I of course rejected the request but that person go around commenting on my discussions in a sarcastic way. I reported it to the admin and all the comments were immediately removed.

Lamb, I have never come across such incident here before. You mean it is possible to respond to your own post? Could it be a mistake on the part of the OP or was his own stunt to fool the unsuspecting respondents. What ever I hope the OP can clarify this.

That's bizarre. So was it someone like your close family or friend using your account and did it?

I have no clue why this is happen, it was not possible to write the response of our own discussions. This is strange, one account only allowed one name. If they can sign with same name usually myLot will confirm us that name has been used, you could find other name to sign up. Well, let's see how long they stay here.

that is very strange as i am still very quiet for the past few days i myself encounter different things which happen to me I once uploaded photos in the interest section which already finish uploading then when I reply to another discussion the photos is uploaded again in my comments. Then last Saturday i reply to the single interest for almost 3 times my number in the brackets never changes,it never add or counted like the counter is not moving at all... Then, i become active for the last 3 months, every time I make a new discussion which in the past makes my star either increase which is likely the opposite my star rating is deducted by either 2 points and before i could post everyday my points is deducted by almost 1 points which is very weird which never happen to me before I join this site...

yup, other still could notice it and yet they never come out in the open as in the TOS I think even if you question it never seem have an effect as it likely to fall to deaf ears unless you know someone who is closer to the owner that you could likely brought this topic of yours, which you have evidence but in my case then..how could I prove it as when i make reply either my number to reply in a discussion never added to my brackets and the worse my friend could not rate me positive sometimes as the counter is not counting at all or frozen..

yahh. some bizarres are are realy going on. from last two weeks my number of posts are reducing as daily basis. but lucky that not more than two ot three. if i see 1212 against my isername then tomorrw it wil appear as 1210. i dont know why?
sometimes i try to leave comments to friends photos but last time i was unable to add. so i think some technical problems are realy being unresolved in mylot. anyway we hope all problems will be solved very shortly. thanks for response. lol

That's truly bizarre! I honestly didn't know you could respond to your own discussions..That doesn't seem very fair, though. lol. Perhaps it was a temporary glitch or something that allowed you to do that. I've personally tried to respond to my own discussions only because I wanted to add information that I forgot to include in the actual discussion, but it wouldn't let me. So that's very bizarre indeed!

well, just enjoy mylot and do not focus on that thing. if that happens again and again it's not mylot who has a problem. i am sure--shibam is the problem for repeating such act of responding to his own discussion... may you don't want your discussion to be in the no response folder that's why you responded on it...just kidding i know that one you're reffing too received lots of responses LOL.

hi shibam according to the guidelines your account shouldnt be shared by anyone and it is you who should start and respond to the responses as well.If you have no idea as who hacked your account or there is something fishy so it would be better to raise an support ticket to admin asking for help or try to the change the password so this doesnt repeat coz if this repeats again there are chances for loosing your account and money too.gud day.

Hi Shibham,
You are right, how it possible to repy with your user name and if somebody hacked the password then also it is not possible to reply to own discussion. I think you should contact with the admin and please ask how it happened. Really interesting.

Hi, shibham. That is very creepy to see. I have never seen anything like this at myLot!! You really need to investigate this. I am sure that myLot will not allow another member to create the same username/nickname as another user. Nor, will you be able to respond to your own discussion. I don't know what to say about this. You need to bring this to the admin's attention as soon as possible. I am trying to figure out how something like this could have happened. All, I know is that it is very abnormal for your own username to be left as a comment at your very own discussion. This sounds fishy to me, I would check more into this very quickly.

hi , yes i have investigated it. the result is as... there is an another mylot user in my home. yesterday he used my laptop to visit mylot and tried to respond to that discussion. as he posted his response, unfortunately it appeared as my response. next i asked him that are those lines are same to that he was written. answer yes. it has made me confident that i am not victimised by serious fault. it is just a technical problem of mylot. thanks for response

That has never happened tome before, and should it ever happen, I am sure I would be taken back by it, and wonder if I am seeing things. I don't really start all that many discussions, but the ones I have started, have never let me post a response to my own discussion. That is really starnage, and a glitch for sure. Makes me wonder if maybe then mylot was have technical difficulties and you posted your response to yoru discuccsion at the same time. That is the only thing I can think of, as it is impossible to ever post a response to our own discussions. I am glad we can't, though, as I certainly don't like talking back to myself, as when I answer myself I am in big trouble. Anyway, I hope you get it all figured out. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Hi shibham! This must be something new. We can NEVER respond to our own discussion. This is the first time I saw this kind. I agree with the above post. I guess you need to contact admin for this issue.
