Advantages of Morning Walk

There are some simple habits which we can follow for maintaining our health. Morning walk is such a healthy habit. Actually morning walk provides us a good exercise after a long night's rest and fresh oxygen of the coll morning air. Even the doctors advise their patients to have a morning walk as a remedy of various types of physical ailments,especially diabetes. Moreover,morning walk is certainly a good start for the whole day's work. There is another important feature of the morning walk. During our walk in the morning we come into grater and closer contact with nature. Morning walk has some other advantages too. We have to depend on other people or instruments in some other exercises,such as cycling, swimming,etc.,but morning walk as it is very simple as well as beneficial.

Even I know the advantages of morning walk I cant go because late night sleeping time and waking time is late. In our home everybody is business man till 12 or 1pm is sleeping time.

Ohh inspite of not exercising you are so fit and slim. Late sleeping is really bad for health. But the worst thing is i too sleep late.

Yeah, i'm sure with you. Walking at the morning give us many advantages, get the fresh air and save us from hearth sickness as it can make our hearth more health. Also i think it's the cheapest and the easiest way to exercise every day for goo health. Happy mylotting

Hello Babu. Yes, you are right. One advantage of morning walk is clean air, not much pollution of the long day yet. I take morning walks too, not every morning, but over the weekends. And ofcourse, when the weather is favorable. Some times, where I live, there can be rain and heavy snow at times. When the weather permits, I take morning walk and jogging along the park ways !

oh yes i agree but i am not at all a morning person i am very lazy. I cant exercise in the morning times. Inspite of knowing all the benefits still i cant do it. So i usually walk in the evening after dinner on the terrace.
