I must admit i dont really count the glasses im drinking, but based on the bottles i empty during the day i drink around what is expected from a woman in my area of temperature (The Netherlands)

If I had to guess, I would say that I consume between 2-2.5 litres of water on average per day
This may sound peculiar, but I absolutely love the refreshing and pure taste of water, and usually drink various bottles and glasses of it throughout the day. Plus, it has a plethora of health and psychological benefits on offer, and is easily available

I'm not really sure how many glasses I take, but I consume quite a lot of water in day. I take a 2 litre bottle with me every day to work and I always drink it all. I don't know how many glasses that makes. Water, for me is very important in my diet, because it is refreshing, your body needs it (like for sweating) and it is a healthy source of drinkable liquid. Infact, when I was younger, my mother used to make certain that I take at least 10 cups of water every day and she used to tell me that soft drinks were not good for me, which is totally true and I, this day, thank her for tipping me on that.

hi umer I try my best to drink 8 to 10 glasses perday and most of the time I do drink that much as I have a large glass that holds two cups of water so I fill that several times a day and sip water a lot. If I do not get that much water I get painful leg cramps and they are the pits.so I do try to get that needed water in me.

I just take 4-5 glasses of water daily. I know it's too little for me. As I know, our body need 1.5-2 liter of water everyday, that can take the waste of our body away effectively. Now I am trying to take more water daily.
