Now I am doing course in SAP and I will complete the course within few days. It seems there are best feature for the SAP professionals now. I am much confidence in getting into some jobs,if the employer are selecting the candidates only with our technical knowledge and the other skills. But in real, they are asking real time experience in the relevant field for at least two years. As I don't have any real time experience, now I am having doubt in getting the job even after spending much for my course.
At the same time, most of the candidates are entering into the IT companies only with fake 'real time experience certificates' which are sold by some of the companies, meant for selling such 'experiences'..Most of such candidates are gaining their real time experience after getting the first job only and some of them are caught and sent out of the company for the production of the fake experience certificates.
If I am not ready to produce such fake certificates, it is sure that I will never get any job, as the companies are looking for the experience candidates only.Though I don't like to produce fake proofs,my friends are advising to do so to get my investment back.As I have spent more than $7000.00 for my course, now I am much confused in this issue. I feels that I can get better suggestion from you all, I started this discussion. What to do? Please share with me..

..hi there.. your problem doesn't have any difference with all the problem being faced by fresh graduates as companies right now really ask for real time experiences.. But then, I believe there will always be those employers who can get you even if the requirement is two years real time experience depending on how you present yourself and your answers during the interview.. You just have to prove to them during the interview that you can do the job and that they can rely on you.. be positive.. because if you do the illegal thing, you won't know if someday, you employer will also find out what you did and you will just ruin your reputation that could lead to worst results.. don't hesitate to apply even if you can't meet the required years of real time experience.. just show the employer that you have the desire to work for the company and apply the theories that you've learned in real life situations.. better to be safe.. do the right thing..

I feel really sorry for the delayed reply. As I was busy with my course, I am entering into mylot after this discussion, just now.I am having the same feel as like you and still I am not sure, how to proceed with that. As my course is not yet completed, I have not decided about it yet also. But I will try to enter as the fresher at my level best as like you have mentioned. For that I need to work hard and also more time for that. I hope I will do it successfully and I will let you know the proceedings when I am about the enter into the real job world. Thanks for your kind advice and suggestion to my doubt. Again extremely sorry for the delayed comment.
