Sometimes the person we want to be with or the person we usually dream off is not really the one that we'll spend the rest of our life. When love strikes us, we cannot do anything about it but to follow our heart especially if it is God's given love. I am very much happy to know how love moves in your life in its own mysterious way.

It's true, we have to follow our hearts. At first, I was fighting back against it because my boyfriend is four years younger than me, and I was going to transfer to a different college, but be it the woman that I am. I love to travel, and I did not mind going to his place. The only thing I had trouble with was the age factor, but I quickly said, "Age is nothing, but a number" and started dating him. He was legal, so that was all that mattered. Also, many of my friends were with younger men, so I did not feel so bad about it. You cannot help who you fall in love with, that is how I see it. If you are meant to be with a certain person, then that is the way it is. My grandmother fell in love with my grandpa, who was ten years older than she was, and they were total polar opposites, even came from nearly opposites sides of the country, and she told that at first, she was afraid of falling for my grandfather because the war (WWII) was coming. Things were so uncertain, but she fell in love with him, and they got married about two years after they met each other. Their family did not approve of the marriage, but like my grandmother cared. People in my family do not believe in arranged marriage because we know that people fall in love with who they fall in love with, and you never know who you will fall for.

Oh I see... sometimes love means sacrifice... if you love a person you have to give him/her a way to choose whom he/she wants even if it is hurting you inside.
