I haven't ask this question to some of my blind friend as I felt it might offend them. I am just curious if people who are born blind dream too. If they are, what kinds of dreams do they have?

i have read a report on this topic. it is said that blind people dream too, just like others. the difference is that their dreams do not include colors if they are born blind. i think the images of things and people in their dreams are also different from what they really are because blind people have never seen them. they can only imagine all these things and people.

You would have offended him for sure if you asked him about this.they are no different from us fulltank coz all they do is dreaming they never knew sky is blue in the morning and sky chnages its color to black when it is night until someone has explained it to them so they try to imagine how would be the sky when its blue unfortunately they have to be one color and even we see the same one color when we close our eyes.so when you would close your eyes for an good sleep dont you get any dreams and morever you dont dream with our eyes open right which means being blind has nothing to do with dreaming and they are not that different from us except that they cant see things but they can dream in a wonderful way than we do take care of your friend.gud day.

I think blind people know colors, they just don't know the words for the different colors. I know of a story of a man who was blind since birth and one day he fell and hit his head and he could see. I remember that he said that he thought grass was the color red. He just had no frame of reference to put colors and words together.
