I have problem with PayPal, then I must choose between two condition : 1. Item dispute: Most disputes are the result of simple misunderstandings. It's best to initiate communication with the seller as soon as you recognize a potential problem. You can open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 calendar days of payment. By opening a dispute, you are able to communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction. If you and your seller are unable to agree on a solution, you must escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 calendar days of the date the dispute was opened. By escalating to a claim, you would be asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome. I don't even use my PayPal for buying item. 2. Unauthorized transaction: If there have been transactions or other activity in your account that you did not authorize, PayPal is here to help. Before filing a claim, make sure that the suspicious activity wasn’t due to a family member using your account or an unknown transaction wasn’t due to a recurring payment, like a subscription. If suspect you have received a fake email but do not see any unauthorized changes to your Paypal Account, please let us know using our Email/Website form. PayPal will help you resolve the issue by reviewing the details of your claim, and if your claim involves a transaction, we may ask for information from the seller. We try to resolve claims within 10 days, but it may take longer. I don't see anyone using my PayPal for transaction. How do you resolved this problem? I appreciate for your help. Thank you.

Well, it could be possible that they are just doing random checks to ensure that all members are who they claim to be. It is for your protection as they do not want people who have no rights to your account to use it. It is that or they found some unusual transactions or dealings with people who may have had issues before. It is also possible that through their scan, the IP address that you use does not match the country you sign up as being from. No worries. If you have not done anything wrong, just comply and you will have full access to your account in no time. If you however did something wrong like use a VCC, sign up by pretending to be from another country or being the age of 18 then worry.

I don't do anything wrong in my account probably because my ISP is static (always change) so they claim that is not me who sign in into their site. However, I don't have credit card and I don't use VCC to verify. I just added my bank account, and for country and ages is correct.

Hi SmartBux! I have been talked with PayPal Customer Service and it's not because someone else to use my PayPal without my permission. It's PayPal need proof of address and credit/debit card to get my account verification. Actually it's safe, if you get an case then you report them and they will listening you. They cannot help you if your account is suddenly limited, rather complicated problem because it must complete several documents to the problem solved.

I'm not using my paypal for 3 month and after I want to use it to send my money, I got message Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected. In this case what should I give to them?

Okay, if you go to paypal and log into your account, go to security . At the very bottom of the page find contact us and that will bring you to where you can chat on line with someone about your dilemma. There is also a way to contact by email or phone. Hope this helps.
