I'm a sophomore in university.I have a lot of friends in my life. When I stay with them,I'm outgoing and feel happy. But at more time I am lack of courage and confidence expecially when I come across a stranger or have an interview.I hope that someone can tell me how to improve myself.Still I get lost.I have some shortages but I know working hard fortunatly.I want to become a postgraduate in next two years.I think anyone should quiet a person to look at themselves, reflect on their own.Only do this and hear advices that our friends and parents tell us ,we can improve us.

I'm a sophomore, too.I also have some problems in my life.I believe nothing is impossible if you trust in yourself. My father used to tell me that the problems that one had was due to his easy life.So be active, and you can work your problem out.

Kudos to you for acknowledging that you need some self-improvement. That is one way to start. You could also think about your strengths and weaknesses, and believe in your strengths more. You may want consistent encouragement from your close friends so you would have the courage you need. Do not dwell on your weaknesses, work on it and think more of what you can really do. Good luck!

Just don't fear the opinions of others the worst is you will get embarrassed or something. But there are many more things worse than that.
