i have noticed before that some topics or discussions were about some disgusting topics. i mean topics like about bathroom manners if we you tissue paper or we use soap and etc. and like how do you clean your nose of booger and other kind of discussions or topics as disgusting as those. i don't know if it is against the rules here on mylot. but i am not really comfortable to post on these kinds of topics. do you post on these kind of topics do you tell them honest answers.

I have responded and even started one about farting, but it was all done in fun not to be sick or gross. You are right some discussions are very gross and personal. I do not usually comment on them and try to stay away from discussions like this. I just think that sometimes they do not have anything to discuss about and pull some of these out of their head. Believe or not there are actually people that will respond to them.

yeah it kinda fun and gross at the same time. there is nothing wrong. but i don't like posting on that . ha ha. i just wonder though it is allowed or not. but for me it is perfectly okay and there is no one hurt if you post that kind of discussion. i just feel awkward talking about it and telling every body about my experience on those kind of things.

These type of topics must get removed before I log in. I have never seen one. I can say though that I would not look at it nor respond to such rubbish.

I do not reply. I don't even pay attention to them. I don't feel comfortable with them, so I just skip them.

Unfortunately those topics are not against the rules. It does seem as though people often go too far in some of their discussions but there is nothing to do but ignore them.

i think it depends entirely on my current mood and the specific question the discussion is based on. some times it can be hilarious to see and respond to these topics. other times it seems immature or i simply don't want to share such information.

I think I respond to those discussions occasionally, when it interests me. But I never post those kind of discussions, nor do I answer to the really dirty ones. For example, I would respond to "When you have a cold, do you let your nose run or do you blow it?" but I wouldn't respond to "When you blow your nose do you stick your finger up your nose?" . I can go only so far, you know! I think, when posting a topic that can be considered 'gross' or 'nasty' by certain people, you should word your topic carefully as to not offend anyone.

Well I learned in a different discussion that if you are a young boy or an immature man you will probably enjoy those discussions most of all. However, no lady would ever admit to that in a public manner. Ladies do discuss such thing but it is behind closed doors with their closes friends. So, have fun in the bathroom!

No, hotsummer. I try not to. If it is ignorant, I will not respond to it. I don't like to give out too much of my private information on a discussion like this. I am very uncomfortable posting to these type of discussions. Even if the myLot user can't see me, I still feel like I am being exposed openly. Which is not comfortable to me.

i seen a lot and I just let it pass though the most disgusting for me are those who pretend to be the ruler and who dictate the people what are the things one should do and not allow. Then, insulted the poster or at least makes a discussion which is very insulting to other races directly discriminate other people.

Hello hotsummer this is checkmail and often do pass some discussions, that are too private or am don't having any knowledge about it.Yeah there are many such discussion going on in mylot, most of these type discussion are by the newbies, trying to get more practicle in nature. But instead of getting more practicle it gets disgusting, and thus we have to ignore it sometimes.Even i do respond to some such discussions but if its about any ignorance or deflamtion about something, which i hate the most.Just try to suggest some helpful measures, and advice, and rest is all well here at Mylot.Happy Mylotting.

With such kind of shallow topics it only reflects the childish behavioral attitude of the poster. Why on earth do they have to post such kind of topics here for people all over the world to read? They are only undermining the intelligence of mylot members and a mockery to this prestigious site. What would people outside mylot think of this site when they read discussions of such nature? I can't possibly make myself go for such kind of subject for discussions here. These sort of topics are only good for classroom discussion.

That is odd. I do not think I would like read about such things. Better to read something interesting or fun.

I guess people join mylot for lots of reasons. Some do it just for the money, and they think if they post an "interesting" question, they will get a lot of comments. So they create "disgusting" or silly topics. I just ignore them. If you read the comments, most of them aren't serious replies either.
