Is there an inner advice-giver inside You?

I think I lack to have one. Recently I have been in a deep depression, and I have noticed that there is inner "me" that constantly tells me "You are doing everything wrong! Your life sucks! You are totally useless person with no future!". However, I found nobody inside me to give me a single clue of what to do, to set my life in a right direction. I was desperate to find the answers to my questions inside me, and never succeeded. Have You ever been in similar situation? Every piece of advice is welcomed!

Yes, I experienced that and when I find myself in a difficult situation, being bothered by negative thoughts and emotions, I PRAY and lift up my troubles and questions to God. I would feel or 'hear' Him speak in my heart, helping me to see the cause of my worries, troubles or depression, giving me assurance that He will be with me. God created us good. We do commit mistakes but with His help and grace, we can overcome and we can definitely do the right things. I learned to entrust everything to God and follow His leading and guidance.
God created you for a reason. You are not useless in His eyes. He has great plans for you, that is why He created you and gave you life in this world. Seek Him with all your heart and you will succeed. God, our Creator, is our Father and best adviser, comforter, healer, friend.
