Which is comfortable using a mobile keypad or a keyboard for typing

I agree with you. I find it much easier to type using a regular computer keyboard than to use mobile keypads, especially the touch screen keypads. I don't usually have to even look at the keys when I type with a regular keyboard, but when I'm typing on my phone, since it's touchscreen, it's so much more difficult and my accuracy isn't that great either. I'm just more use to the regular keyboards. I have a phone that has the actual keyboard that pops up when I have to input something, so I don't have to use the regular numberpad in order to type, so it's a little easier for me. However, because my phone is touch, it's easier for me to mess up because I can't physically feel the keys and I usually end up messing up a lot of the words. The most comfortable format for me when I type, is definitely the computer keyboards.

hi deepa i am comfortable with keyboard.i can also type without seeing the keyboard because i finished my typewriting senior.but what to do,for urgent messages i am using mobile,if we use T9 it is ok.

Coming back to your question, it is true that it is always faster to user the keyboad, where we get all the keys in front of us. If one has good typewriting skills, one can type at the rate of 50-60 words per minutes on a keyboard. However, if it not possible to type at a high speed on mobile key pad. If one use T-9 dictionary in the mobile, words could be typed faster in comparison to normal method. I sometimes use my mobile to access internet, when I am not around PC and I can view the mails and can do little bit of mylotting, though with a slow speed. Deepak

Keyboard is only way more comfortable than small key. In fact there is a large keyboard that can be folded like paper and lighter and can carry wherever we go.

Definitely a keyboard is more convenient for typing than the mobile phone keyboard. But there are people who can type very easily even without seeing on the keypad of the mobile. My nephews are expert on that and keep sending messages under the blanket even when are on the bed. Hats off to them. It takes me lot of time to send messages and i prefer to talk rather than to message. Happy mylotting.

Hi deepa Since we do not have a keypad, we use the keyboard only and since I am used to it, I like that only.

Certainly pc keyboard is convenient for me. Mobile has very tiny keys and I have to press the keys by looking at them and cannot type fast. I am used to typing fast in Keyboard and can type without seeing it.

I haven't gotten used to texting and using the keypad yet. Actually, I have only sent about 5 texts in my whole life. I guess if I had free texting in my plan, that I would probably start texting more and get used to it. I really like the keyboard. I took typing in high school, plus I had computer programming the next 2 years, so I have been using a keyboard for over 20 years. Interesting discussion. Hope you have a beautiful day!

hi deepa..oops i am very comfortable with keybord for typing.. i am not comfertable with mobile typing.. for me it will come very slow and i have search where are the letter was.. but in comuter typing. i was passed senior typing so, it is very easy for me to type, it will come as fast as fast i can..

i don't know wha a mobile keboard is. like on a mobile phone? i think using a keyboard is great for typing. i is large so ha our fingers can go on all the places. useing a phone is hard for ext someimes. i is jus harder than a keboard.
