Bukisa AC or Hubpages

As a publisher which do you prefer the most (earning wise) between Bukisa Hubpages and AC?

I'm not from US, so I guess Bukisa earns more than AC. My Hubpages articles doesn't earn much as compared to these two sites. AC is great if you're from US as they have lots of task in their assignment desk and contest that offers big bucks. While Bukisa has a referral program where you can earn 25% of your down lines.
