Genius Funds- support email not working ?

if you dont know what genius funds is go to my profile and click the top banner.
if you do :
any of you wrote to promo@geniusfunds.com yet? and if yes did you get any replies?
Cos 2 days ago i sent them a letter and they didnt reply.
do you think i should wait more? or should i have already recieved a reply?
does that email adress work? do they reply?

they told me to write to promo@geniusfunds.com cos the promotion staff will answer it. They will not answer everything on Live chat.

I am a member of Genius Funds, and I invested 130 USD in it
I am satisfied with Genius Funds because all I need to do is put my money in it and wait.
The money will grow, and grow fast!!
the customer service of Genius Funds is good, but if you haven't received any response, I suggest you to mail again.
