Working days - breakfast is a must, otherwise too hungry to work LOL. Weekends - it depends, if get up late - brunch, if have things to do and get up as usual, breakfast. I'm kind of a person that won't miss a meal daily. Three meals a day keeps a doctor away?!

I have always loved getting up early in the mornings, usually before sunrise, so I have always eaten my breakfast.
I do know one family that I wished HAD eaten a brunch. They insisted they MUST have three meals a day. So, no matter how late this family got out of bed, they would have breakfast - even if it was already midday or even later. The problem was, that four or five hours later they would have lunch and then another five or six hours later they would have dinner, which was often 10.00pm and sometimes midnight. No wonder they consistently slept in!

Some years ago, I usually used to have brunch by about 11 in the morning, the only problem was that, usually used to get hungry by 5 P.M. in the evening. So instead of plain coffee or tea in the evening I usually had some snacks along with the coffee or tea. But now days it is only breakfast and nothing else.

I eat my breakfast, lunch, dinner at my factory, and I cook for myself at the weekend.
