I used to have them when I was a little girl and they are kind of nice but really I prefer when you mix grated apple with peanut butter. You have to make sure the peanut butter is really creamy though. WE used to use natural peanut butter and we were have to mix the oil with it. That is probably where he or she went wrong. It was not mixed properly. Or course, as an adult, I would never have it now. It is mainly a kid thing. I would rather eat the banana and have the peanut butter in a peanut butter cookie.

I eat bananas and peanut butter on toast and I love it. In fact just talking about it is making me crave for it. It is sweet and nutty. I don't think I would be weird enough to eat banana and vegemite on toast though and banana and jam would be far too sweet.I don't like putting butter on my toast before my peanut butter either and I think I prefer smooth to crunchy peanut butter and yellow bananas. I don't like eating rotten banana except in cake.

jahernandezrivas hi oh my you are talking about one of my favorite combos. but maybe you did not get the oil thoroughly
mixed into the peanut butter and thats why its so dry. I love
that combination but the peanut butter has to have the oil all
mixed in thoroughly or else you have dry stuff and that would'be yucky. but done right its delicious at least to me. he he.

My daughter is almost 30 years old and PB & B sandwiches are still her favorite sandwich. I like both peanut butter and bananas but can't put the two of them together. It must be an acquired taste. Kind of like my favorite..Peanut Butter with Dill Pickles.

Hi, jah. This is one of those favorite afternoon snacks loved so much by kids. I have never eaten bananas and peanut butter before. I have always wanted to try this. I have never tasted it. This is a snack that I have always wanted to try out to see if I may like it. Some kids love this snack. Maybe the creamy peanut butter would have worked better. That way, it won't taste so dry. I plan on trying creamy peanut butter to see how I like it. What about peanut butter and red apples. I want to try this to see how I like this too.

Uhmmm...I am not keen on bananas unless they’re in a cake and I don’t like peanut butter so there’s a combination I am really going to love...Not! I don’t mind jam and cheese sandwiches if I’m in the mood but peanut butter and banana...Pass!...Have you ever tried Australian Vegemite? It’s not bad in small doses and with cheese.

Hello, I have eaten bananas with peanut butter quite often actually and I think it is delicious, dipping it in peanut butter or chocolate just adds flavor to the banana in my opinion. Another thing that taste really good with peanut butter is dill pickles. I like to cut up a dill pickle and add it to a peanut butter sandwich, it is something you should try.

Hi, froggieslover. I think I will try having bananas with peanut butter. As it is now, I am still doubting about how it will taste. I have never tried peanut butter and dill pickles together. I might as well try that, too.
Ahh, man's taste is limitless....

Like most people, I have eaten both separately. But eating them together, I haven't. I would like to try that one day. I like peanut butter on bread or sandwiches. Bananas are my dessert during meals. It is so abundant here.
I like other fruits as well. Apples and oranges are also abundant in our country, especially during the Christmas season.
