When I make a mistake the fist thing I do is find a solution to the problem immediately before the mistakes gives birth to more mistakes. Later after overcoming the mistake, then I sit down and think a bit about how that mistake happened. And try not to repeat the mistake again.

Thank you for your response.
Though our nationalities are different, our feelings toward the mistakes we have made are same.

I try to correct it as soon as possible. I realize that perfection is not something that can be obtained and do not worry about it so much. As long as I know what I did wrong and can correct it easily, then all should be good. At least, that's the way I am on that. Worse part is not even catching it right away. It happened for one of my finals for a class.

Hi his!
I really feel awkward, when I commit a silly mistake. I know it that mistakes occur many a times inadvertently. However, if we have done those mistakes, it becomes our responsibility. As soon as I come to know about my mistake, I take remedial measures to correct the same. If someone else has noticed my mistake, before I could do, I immediately admit it. In case no one has noticed it before me, I correct it urgently so that others could not notice that I committed a mistakes. I try not to repeat my mistakes.
