Since my childhood I have loved to read books. Now that I have work, sometimes my prize for myself is to buy a book to read especially business and English books.Time came that i thought to collect essential and worthwhile books. So, I have now a mini-library in my bedroom. It's very helpful to me.Do you also have mini-library at home?

I don't have a mini-library at home, but I love the idea of having one. My books are everywhere, stacked on one corner, some are on boxes under the bed, inside a cabinet and on the tables. And like you, I buy it as a reward for myself, and I could think of may reasons to reward myself, that's why my books are piling up. lol. I would definitely plan on having a mini-library in the future.

it's good to know that you really love reading.Organizing your books to a mini library will motivate others too to read.

Yes my husband and I do. We have two small bookshelves full with books, and I am going to be getting more books soon as well. His mother also has two shelves full of books, one bigger then the other. So we have a lot to read here when bored, or just in the mood to read. I love to read, and am trying to collect a lot of books from my favorite authors. I've found a website, not sure if it delivers outside of the USA, but they have books, some out of print, and they have deals wherein you can get two books from the same author and get discounted shipping, sometimes free shipping on books.

Books can be your constant companion and at the same time can make you learned and wise. Yes, I too have a small library at home. I started with Enid Blyton, the beginning of every child's reading habit, when I was a kid. I went on to read classics, racy thrillers and then fiction when I grew into an adult. Now, I pick up and read any book that seems interesting when I browse through books in a bookstore. Others that I read reviews of, are noted down in my shopping lists or sometimes ordered online. It is indeed a great habit to buy yourself a book when you want to reward yourself. In any case, it is surely healthier and better than buying yourself a drink!

Yes, I have a mini library at home. :-) I started reading fiction books at the age of nine. I got addicted to Sweet Valley books, Sweet Dreams, and Archie comics during my childhood and adolescent age. I also collected the Harry Potter books series. When I became older, I got hooked to novels of John Grisham, Michael Connelly, and many more. That's why I have a mini library at home. I also like to reward myself every now and then with a good book and relax while reading it at my favorite coffee shop.

Yes, I do have a mini library here in my apartment. My husband and I have quite a few books. We have a lot more books than I think that either of us really need. We have some of our books in our bedroom, and the rest in our office room. They're spread out in both rooms.

I hope that my mini library is showing my kids the joys of reading. They are only 8 and already love to read classic kids novels like the Narnia series and little house on the prairie series. There is also a way to get newer books for the older ones you have already read if you are willing to part with your paperbacks for a short time and maybe not get the originals back. Paperbackswap.com is a place that you can earn credits by shipping out your books to people that request them, and in turn use your credits to request books from other users. Basically, you are only paying shipping for a new book to read. A 15 dollar paperback for 2-3 dollars. You can't beat that.
