Trekpay Scammed me.. Non-responsive:(

Trekpay is surely a scam for me now on. I have waited enough and have not got a reply back or have they lifted the hold on my account for the possible multiple ip problem that they say i have used. Even after i opened tickets and explained, they never responded. Its like i am left hanging a end of a roof top and none to help!! Neither are they giving me any proof of violation that they say i did, nor are they responding anything positively or interacting either. Almost seven tickets lying open and unattended. The site sure has a reputation but shouldnt it respect its members and care bout the problems? I know most have got paid from there but i just didn't and i don't have any other option either. Hope someone related to trekpay staff comes up to this and helps me out..last hope.. But that's the 1% i expect now.

That is so sad to hear... I remeber sending support ticket to them too, and they responded to me very long... I did sent them follow ups as well... almost a month I guess before I receive a reply. So how long have you waited?
Well I honestly, understand how you feel... It is very irritating to have your account on hold if you are not doing any violations at all.
Hope they reply to you already so that things will be clear out...

hello lovelyn, probably that's why some prefer to have static IP address so that it won't change. our IP changes sometimes with out us knowing it. or possibly there was some one who join trekpay under their IP or COmputer. there's no doubt about it.

interesting... cuz everybody all over the internet says trekpay is a very good site and it pays and the support is fantasting... i'm lucky that i haven't registered.. and now i'm sure i won't!! thanks for posting it, that trekpay is a piece of ssshh---...

yup i agree.. for a site that cannot be responsive or respecting its members querys, i sure would call the site a piece of shi*.. really pissing off it is.. :(

I am not familar with the site. I hope that you have not been scamed too much. but all I can see here is beware of what is aout there on the net.

I felt bad for you. It is really very disappointing to think that you are going to receive money, and yet it is not realied yet. I am thinking that trekpay is a genuine site. And I am hoping and praying that it will not happen to me as well.

Hi dilip_naik11. How are you..? I don't know how it has happened with you. I am also a member in that site and have got one payment already and am having 2$ in my account. I am regularly viewing the site and no problem whatsoever I faced with this site so far. General opinion is that this is a good and honest site. Any way the admin should have attended to your problems and tried to solve the same by responding to your grievances. I hope by your gradual approach this problems could be resolved. Wish you success in your efforts.

hi dilip,you have seen many members being paid by this site and my friend have faced the same situation coz he got some 100 referals within one week by promoting his blog in a traffic exchanger then trekpay admin has blocked his account,when my friend has consulted the admin he asked him to pay $1 to check if he is a verified account holder or not and then after one week he returned the dollar and from then he has being paid now.so try to be patient i know that admin is good and just give him some time.hope you get our account back.gud day.

It is hard to believe because many people are keep on saying that Trekpay is genuine. I am a member of Trekpay, but I have never achieved payout yet.I am planning to get it in a couple of months. Have you asked for payout. I think you need to request for payout once you reach minimum payout. Hope it works. Trekpay announces in their website every week about the payouts done. They even send emails to people every week about payouts.

I've been using Trekpay for a while now and have got $5.13 in my account so I should be able to cash out in a week or so...
Wow your problem sounds scary since I might get the same problem...I have 3 computers,we share the same modem but our IP addresses are different...Yeah sometimes I use a different computer to the one I normally use to access Trekpay.Hope they don't see that as a sign of misconduct(whatever that means!)
