How often do you fart?

Hey mylotters! I know this type of question is a question that most women wouldn't like answering, however if you could please do answer it. Farting, as we all know is the excretion of trapped air or "gas" in our body that can either be passed out by belching (burping) or farting.
I fart quite regularly every day, sometimes too much because I would have eaten something terrible. In public, I try to keep it silent, but people often smell it and start asking questions. They say that silent farts are the deadliest, but I don't know.
So my question for you is: How often do you fart(if you fart at all)? and Which type of farts are the smelliest for you?

Yeah, I know most people who fart when their laughing and don't know it! It's so funny, and whenver I ask them whether they farted or not they would say "No....Ok just keep this between you and me". Yup I agree with you, as funny and as deadly as very loud farts are, I, like you, tend to find the silent ones the deadliest, sometimes they could smell as bad as fish. It's unfair that the dude which did it doesn't own up.

I fart all the time too but mostly just around my family, if I am out in public or around other other than my family I will try to wait and hold them in until I am where I can do it. My husband is always teasing me about farting to much. I also think I have passed those "traits" onto my children because they seems to do it quite often as well.
I never used to fart as much as I do now it was always my husband that was doing all of the farting but for the past few years the roles have switched and I am the one doing it all the time.....

To be honest I don't know how much I fart in a day. I've never really counted or kept track in any way. I'm not ashamed to admit I do it. It's kind of like that book "Everyone poops" lol, everyone farts too. I wonder what the average number is for people farting in a day. It also would depend on what you eat, how much gas you would need to let out.

LOL!What a sharp question.I really don't know how often I fart and I think it is just physiological reaction. So it isn't necessary to be shy. As the saying goes that smelly fart have no loud sound and the fart that have loud sound isn't smelly.Thus,the type of the smelliest farts must be loudest.

I think I mentioned that you did not need to answer my question if you didn't want to. Yes agree this discussion is somewhat disgusting for certain people, but I'm just curious, it's a question which I'm too shy to ask my own friends, and asking the good people of mylot, defenetly helped me! Sound interesting..haha ..actually, i didn't pay so munch attention in this question.. But i think when i eat too much onion or sth.. I'll always cannot help myself farting .. the sound and smell also make me feel so awkward.. haha ..One day my boyfriend asked me: why didn't i hear the farting sound of you?.

Yes, i often fart especially when i feel my tripe hurt. I think the farting is beneficial to ourselves health.Of course, we should take care of the influence of farting in public.We should try one's best to control it silent.We should treat farting with common eyes.

Honestly I have no idea how many times I fart. I only remember farting when it's time for me to go...you know what I mean. One thing I noticed though is I tend to fart when I consistently do my walking exercise after a heavy meal...I call it the "FART WALK". The smell? Yeah, sometimes it's bad and there are times it's odorless. The scientific explanation for the odor is eating foods rich in carbon? Do you get it right? Yes, food that are rich in CARBOHYDRATES is the culprit of bad, smelly FART. YIKES! For frequent "FARTERS"...the only theory science could give as an explanation is...try to avoid gas-forming foods...such may include cabbage, peanuts, coffee, soda drinks, chips, beans and etc, etc, etc...bad news is, these foods are the yummy ones! UGHhh!!So to Borg246, if you fart regularly, I may suggest you could try avoding gas forming foods.

lol. i fart everyday too. if i do in public i whisper to who ever im with "ok, just farted time to move along" or "baddd gass, lets move" lolz. and yea it depends i think if you fart before you have to go to the bathroom then they stink really bad. i think its more so if it passes by your feces first weather or not it stinks.

silent farts are deadly... I cannot exactly count the numbers that I farted in a day. But I guess a maximum of four in a day. Go "farty" people!!!! :)
