okay...I'm sitting at my computer working on my site and my boyfriend of 7 years sends me a txt to my phone that read "Jaime I will wear u out"
My name isn't Jaime. What should I do?
I looked closely and saw that he also spelled it wrong it should be Jamie and not Jaime.

Well, he called and asked if you got the text so he knows he sent it to you in error. If it were to a guy, he would have said - so, I'd think about it and approach him when I was calm and collected.
First, however, I'd see if there was an opportunity of getting ahold of his phone and see if he has a person in his phone book by that name and any incoming outgoing texts from them.
I tend not to jump, but if I got something like that, I know would be trying to get ahold of his phone to see what was up. If it spelled it all out he was being a hound, i would seriously be thinking of kicking him to the curb

Thank you... I still haven't told him that I got that txt yet. He gets home later and I ALWAYS play a game he has on his phone because its not on mine. If he is hesitant about letting me play it then he's guilty.
If I can play it..I will check but most likely he will delete all of his outgoing and incoming calls and messages.

Sucks for you...I think you should ask him about it. Don't be biased though when he gives an explanation. If he seems to have a legitimate explanation, then you should give him the benefit of the doubt. If he doesn't then screw him lol. Good luck. Cheers!

Thanks...he doesn't know that I got the txt. He called me right after and ask me to tivo a show trying to ease into a conversation to see if I sound upset or not. I didn't tell him anything about the txt but he ask me if I am receiving his txt messages or not. I told him I haven't gotten anything.
