How do you "flirt"?

Or are there different ways to flirt, but how do you do it? And does it work? Basically i'm wondering (mostly for girls) how do you flirt to get the guy you want. Usually i just talk to them, guys are so easy to catch (sometimes, guys you got to admit)

i usually don't really flirt. i like to talk instead. i like to talk with people. my boyfriend. actually being happy is flirty, i don't know.
