Jimmie Johnson and the new season

Now that Johnson has 4 championships all in a row he will attempt to go for 5. Is there anyone out there who can bring down the Knous Johnson combo? If it was going to be anyone I'd bet on Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Tony Stewart or Kyle Busch, if he can manage to make the chase. Who do you think will be able to stop the Lowe's time from making a fivepeat happen next year?

Hi EchoBlade, welcome to mylot! I'm a big fan of Jimmie and Jeff...and Dale Jr. too...so naturally I'm hoping that he'll make it 5 in a row. To answer your question though, Tony Stewart had a great year considering that this was his first season as an owner with his own team. He's had good cars and he & his team have been able to dial them in pretty well during the race, which is key. So, he would be my second choice.
