I have heard breakfast is the most important meal too. But I really don't like it and when I do eat it I seem to be more hungry all during the day that is one reason I don't like it as well.

I try not to, though there are days that I have because my work schedule is erratic. I used to eat cereal, but it got to a point where I could eat an entire box and still be hungry. I just have 2 breakfasts now. On the weekends, I would go to a restaurant and have the breakfast buffet because I cannot afford to buy off the menu the amount I can eat. I usually have a monster breakfast. I use to have 2 plates and be full, but the last time I went, I had gone through 7 plates of food (I have the appetite of a beast), and had a growling stomach 2 hours later. I cannot afford to skip any meals because my stomach would growl. I need that much fuel for the day.

Health is also important as your work too.If you do work you will not eat and if do not eat you will not work its a change process.I also agree with you that breakfast is very important an if we miss it sometime its not knowly.The time you get up from bed will affect your day.It also depends on how your system is program some people do not even need breakfast while others need it badly.Breakfast is good so we should all take it.

Hi. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. I rarely skip eating breakfast. I could not function properly during the day if I wasn't able to eat breakfast.

Work is not as important as health, though many perceive it to be, because of the false illusions that they have. They believe that if they earn more money, they will in turn become healthier. This is false, however. Money does nothing to your health apart from the medicine money and possibly vitamin tablets. It may do some parts to make you more healthier, but it does not dominate your health. Health starts with you.

Yes. Breakfast is the most healthies part of your everyday diet. It is because you have your breakfast after a very long break from your dinner.Almost after 12-14 hours, you get to have soemthing in your stomach. So it is indeed very important to have a good breakfast and never skip it. Lunch.. it often gets late because you may be busy with something as you mentioned work. It is the same for me. My lunch tends to get late at times. But i always prefer to have breakfast because that is the only good food that is prepared at my office. But sometimes, I may skipit when i reach late to office because in such cases it would be almsot time for my lunch after an hour. So if I have my breakfast at that time, I will not be able to have proper lunch.

Hello! Yes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I always see to it that I have my breakfast before going to the office and often, I ate a lot during that meal of the day, as they say, during breakfast...eat like a queen haha! I had learned my lesson for not eating breakfast, i suffered from hyper acidity because of skipping meals (especially breakfast).
Lets love our health. Eat regularly and take healthy foods.

Hi
I too wounder how people manage themselve if they dont take their breakfast. i dont mis breakfast ever,its okey for me to go out after few mintute but i take it properly.sometime i skip my lunch cause of work but i take breakfast and dinner properly beacuse for a healthy life,hard work, we need sound health first.
