Hi there!
You are thinking and assuming too much and too early about your old age. We are not aware what is in store for us and what is going to happen tomorrow. Let the tomorrow come, then we will think about it, why should we get worried about our old age, at this stage.........lol!
Hopefully, you will not feel lonely and someone will be around you in your old age....this is my wish to God.

I'm also thinking about it, if I don't get married I'm going to be alone when I gets old. Like my mother used to tell if I'm going to stay unmarried and don't have plan to have a kids no one going to look after me and it is very lonely life. I'm not yet decided if I really want to have a family of my own in the future but I want to be alone forever. I want also someone to be there for me someday when I gets old.

I dread the day when I would be alone and helpless with no one to look after me.I hope one of the two things happen to me, either my daughter looks after me which I realistically do not feel will come about, or I have enough resources to afford a decent old age home for the final years of my life.Above all I do not want live long enough to become totally dependent on others.

yeah...even we do good with people around us...there is always a fear that it will not payoff.... so sad too....
so do not expect that is the best we can do....and believe in aloneness we can be happy too...

It is good that realisation has dawned on you right now. Yes It is possible you will be left alone to fend for yourself as children leave the shores seeking greener pastures. Nowadays more and more senior homes are mushrooming everywhere which seem to be the only consolation when a senior is left alone.

Hello friend we certainly need a life partner, a family with kids, but all are not lucky to have this, more over many are blessed with a family a spouce at late age, you need to wait, i am sure you will have blessings of the almighty, never get depressed, learn to live with present
