Every person laughs several times a day for different reasons - after hearing a joke,watching a comedy movie or reading a comic book.Humor is one of the important senses that human being is blessed with.Laughing expresses a feeling of happiness.In addition, they offer a number of positive health benefits.
Extremely good - laugh for 17 minutes a day and your life span is a day longer.
It lowers blood pressure and helps the immune system.
It lowers stress hormones and your muscles relax and tighten- which means it gets stronger.
Laughter ia an art.
Sometimes laughter comes spontaneously
But that's a different thing.
Later such persons also cry.
But when you know to laugh
And make others laugh, you will never cry again.
I will tell you a secret,
If you don't want to cry, then learn how to laugh.

I laugh a lot. Maybe 20, or 30 times a day. And I definitely think it's great exercise. My favorite kind of exercise, laughing till it hurts.
