Correct Timing to take Water for Good Health.

Came across this and thought of sharing it with you guys. It will certainly help a lot of us.
Two (02) glasses of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack
Even if it helps a few of my friends, my day is made. Cheers.

Hi Kety,
i am tried to drink a 4 glasses of water upon waking up (even before i gargle and take my breakfast) to help my digestive organ function well-- after taking that, i will surely go to the bathroom to let it out. then breakfast will be after an hour. the rest of the day, one glass of water before meals. almost the same but your's is so definite. maybe i can try it too, a good alternate and i can compare what is works best for me. thanks for sharing this with mje/us!

thank you for your concern my friend. i am really trying everything the natural way. i am also drinking wheatgrass. it's also good and even relieves my acid reflux and aid my digestion problem too!

Thanks for sharing this tips with all of us. I know that I need to drink alot more water than I do right now. I know that I do not drink enough of it daily. I plan on starting to though.

Hey stephchj, better late than never. As we grow older, our body needs all the help it can to stay fit, and what better way than to do it naturally ? It may take some time for us to get used to this regime, but then its for our own good. So cheers and happy health.

That's a good deal of information in just a few lines! I have been observing the habit of drinking a glass of water before sleep and I notice that it keeps my body's temperature low -- that means I feel cooler in my sleep if I drink water beforehand.
Two glasses of water when you wake up is definitely a good habit. I used to that too but have recently been slacking off. Thank you for the reminder! I'd definitely restart that habit.
Also, did you know that on your first glass in the morning, squeeze in the juice from two pieces of kalamansi or half a lemon and it would also help you detoxify? :)

Yep, I think I heard of this before, sort of like don't drink water all in one go as the body can not do blah blah, I'm not into the human body that much even though my parents are doctors so I just let them take care of me for now. Hehe.

hi ketybhagat,
i am taking nearly 5 ltrs water daily and regularly if i am in home town,first i take less than one ltr 4 times in the morning before bath and brakefast,after that 1 ltr before lunch and one ltr before dinner thats all,that is the difference in your way or in my way,have a nice day
