what is your reactions for the declaration of martial law in maguindanao?

I don't think it's "VALID"! I agree with you rosey, i'm sure there are hidden agendas with regarding to the declaration of martial law. The basis are not clear for martial law to be declared. One of the posible aspect would be, "they declare martial law in order to make the place a HOT ZONE, where mostly, only uniformed men are allowed to enter to critical sites" allowing them to be able to manipulate the situation specially if those uniformed men where they're allies. And also, just being honest to my self, based on my own experienced and to what i've heared from the people (MARINES) who actually saw certain events... "after i applied in the MARINES, I TRUST Media no more!" specially in covering those kind of events. "For they're NOT really that fair and just!"

Well, I say that there is no basis to declare martial law in the area. Justice Devanadera seems to be ignorant of the law. They are force to say that there is rebellion in the area where there is no arm group that planning to shutdown the government... This is the way that the government support their ally and be free from jail. See, what happen to all the person they arrested. Instead of filling charges until now they don't inquest those suspect. meaning those person will be freed when there is a big news that cover the incident... Of if they file charges now, they are free also because of technicality on the case. Because they cannot file it within 36 hours and detain those people involve...
