In your quest to reach your destination have you lost out on nature...?

On Wednesday I decided to share in the joys of my son's friend's graduation.He was from the the Police Academy. As a mother I felt proud of him; his family made a trip and we paid our fare and consented to travel together instead of driving. The jouney was long, uncomfortable and this was a turnoff but we aim to rejoice. To make matters worst, the driver did not know the way. Most of the members were giving their take on how to reach. Plus as we passed certain points and asked for directions we were given conflicting ones. At one stage we had to reverse and everyone was getting flustered. The company consisted of different age range so you can imagine the diverse opinons. In one instance the grandfather of 74 years old said that in order for to reach we were to overtake as much as possible. Eventually we reached late of course. On our return there was different mood. "Did you see this?" Are we proceeding on the right path? Look at that beauty? This area is like nature's showpiece! and more. Have you, mylotters experience anything like this? Please share.
