cxl titon ro system or kent ro system?which one is value for money?

hi, i m using cxl titon ro system and model name is dlx. for last 2yrs.company is giving service whenever i call them.but my friend is using kent ro system,and he also call to cxl titon service center for ro maintence. what would you say?
