I have discovered that people do not disclose fully when doing business

As a sales representative I have discovered that people do not disclose when doing business and this comes back to haunt them and make bad for them later. I know things are tight now so we ought to be cautious about our financial undertakings so I think that it is wise to speak the truth. Do not say yes you are interested then hide or you start the process and is not woman or man enought to say it will not work so I am not going to continue. Why give a yes and eventaully do not continue? Is this not fully disclosing or is it just being deceptive? More and more I am meeting up on situation like this, Have you?
