friendster needs a lot of catching up and reclaiming its topspot from facebook in southeast asia. i remember friendster as the byname of social networking in this part of the world. it is one of the must-haves of young people to continue to be connected with friends and growing up in an online world. i hope the new owner will provide new features that can outcompete or at par with the popular facebook and myspace. i still like friendster.
