how to verify indian paypal account without credit card

hi, i want to verify my paypal account. but it doesn't accept my debit card. i have no credit card right now. help me out.

With Virtual credit card we can verify our paypal account.if u hav a friend who has a Hdfc bank Debit card and which is world wide with that u can verify ur paypal account .only if ur friend is a "friend in need is a friend indeed" .and some fees is cut off 1.95 dollars and funded to ur account .so after the verification is complete u can send that fees to ur friend for the help.

hi umabharti, can i use other person credit card to verify my paypal account. what about billing address differences.

you can verify via virtual Cerdit card within 10 mins it will be verify.I have verified my account with VCC it would cost me around $10 and $2 refunded by paypal so total $8 I have invested there

had you used your credit card you would have saved $8. use a safe browser while operating any payment processor. clear all cookies and history from the browser.
in future if paypal finds out that you have used a VCC for verification they can ask you to verify again by the normal modes that they accept. using a VCC is against their terms.
