Do you have drafty windows?

I am sitting here enjoying mylot. I have this terrible draft in my living room window. I am so lazy I did not call to the office to complain. The window is actually broken some way. it keeps falling down from the top part. I will be so mad if it falls down while it is freezing outside. What do you do about your drafty windows? I just tried to fix my window with no luck at all.
