I know it's not the best job in the world but i work at Burger King and i have for two years. It amazes me at how litle people know about ordering something so simple as fast food. People love to argue and will even cus you out over nothing. Hey we are all human and we make mistakes, if your nice about that fact you get a nice person who will take care of your food personaly. But then there are those people that are just coming in looking for a fight. I will never understand why a person will cus at someone that is just trying to do their job. When i first started i had someone call me a B**** because we didn't have a fish sandwhich on the dollar menu!!! It's not like i can change the price just because you don't like it. Now and days i can ignore it but people are just getting rudder and dumber. Some people don't even look at our menu and order things that were NEVER on the menu anyhow. Is this kind of attitude just here? Or is it everywhere? I try to be as nice as i can, but that doesn't mean i don't get just as mad. So please people even though you are having a bad day don't take it out on someone in fast food, believe it or not it's a very hard very stressful ,job.

I have no experience yet in working at fastfoods but I always wanted to try it out. I know that its a difficult job, some would have a shifting schedule or shifting of tasks, so you have to know all tasks, in dining, cashier, cleaning area, etc. I understand you when you say that some people are just like that. They dont care about anyone else but themselves and their own stupidity that they dont even realize. Anyway, an unsolicited advice for you, still try your very best to be calm as possible. It is part of your job so let is slide. Any job would have this kind of problem, that we cannot get along or please everybody. Just relax and dont let anger ruin your daY! Good day to you!

Personally,working in the catering industry too,I think People should be nice to those bringing them their order...after all,accidents can happen to things on the way out....
