Hi sushivy. No that to my knowledge have I ever had a dream talk. I know that my husband talks in his sleep a lot. He mainly talks about his job. Sometimes, I can be in the same room or another room and I can hear him carrying on a conversation. I look in and see whom he is talking to. And I realize that he is just talking in his sleep. It is kind of funny and scary when I see this. When he talks in his sleep it is like he is actually talking to someone in person.

Does it bother you in any way? Having him talk in his sleep? In my family we all talk in our sleep and we consider it something common, but I had this boyfriend that really didnt like when I was dream talking. I always thought that I must have said something offensive to him or something, however he never said anything. He just said that it was strange and he hated it. I dumped him and it does not matter to me now, but I was curious how others percieve it

Yes, I talk in my sleep, but as I've been told, I talk mostly nonsense. There are few times when my mother said that I repeat just one word, or that she can't understand anything of my gibberish at all. My roommate sometimes wakes me up, when I talk in my sleep and sometimes I wake her up, when she talks. I think that the two of us might actually have some huge discussions in our sleep, because there are times when I wake up and it feels like we are in the middle of a conversation, which I broke when awakening
