I personally sleep better when i have someone holding me. I feel safe and relaxed. I sleep ok on my own but i don't wake up feeling as rested. I've slept beside aboyfriend of mine but he always wanted to sleep back to back and i slept very poorly. So tell me what is the best way for you to sleep?

I think I sleep better alone. When no one's around and there is a complete silence..hehe! I like occupying the whole bed and i'm comfortable sleeping all by self. Although I was not like this before, I can't sleep alone in my room until my sister got married and there is no other choice...haha! I learned to be independent, I thought It'll be hard but i was able to like it.

You too, huh? My girlfriend prefers it that way - back to back. I don't like it too much but it's better than sleeping alone. The thing is, with me, My girlfriend is the only one I've slept with. I was over 40 my first time. So at first, her cuddling up to me kept me up. Then, I got used to it and slept fine with her next to me. One night, her daughter stayed at a friend's house. Our dog usually slept with her daughter. My girlfriend felt bad and decided to stay downstairs. I never fell asleep. So I almost need her beside me now.

Hi Tawshalee,
Every time i decide to sleep my youngest son whose 9 years old will always go upstairs with me. so i got used to this type of sleeping especially during the weekends when i feel like taking some rest and extra sleep. he will always be there. we too hold hands and hug while we sleep. he's so sweet!
