Do You Have "Leadeship Quality".in school,in collegein ,in career,in social life

Hi baluyadav, I never wanted to be a leader. :) I aspired to be best painter, best singer, and the only leadership role I ever played was when the nuns sent me to a science exhibition as team leader. LOL. I returned and taught my friends all sorts of pranks. LOL. I guess they must have given up on me because they didnt repeat the mistake. :)

Hi my friend, all of us people have the quality and instinct of being a leader, we all have the capability of being a leader, and we all have the potential of being a leader, it's just that some are not practicing it and some doesn't want to be the leader and some are using it's potential to what they believe is right, even if it is wrong to others. Being a leader is one big responsibility, and we people must know the must personalities for leaders if being chosen. By the way, you mention the word "career" i think, in career or work, the word that is used often is manager not a leader. Leader and Manager have different meanings but both are good and both have big responsibilities. Any of those two, if been given to an individual will really be a hell of a duty. Being a leader have lots and different meanings depending upon the people who will perceive it and also depending on it's culture. It's like the right and the wrong, there is no such thing as right or wrong in this world depending upon the person who will perceive it. There are many kinds leader, but the most used on those kinds are democratic and autocratic. It depends on the people's personality if he she will be a D or rather and A. Anyway, no matter what type, kinds or meaning, what important for a leader is that, he/she must the how to do the right things, and that right must be favorable to the majority or if possible all. Leaders must have motivational skill, this skill will help the leader become a good leader and his group become one of the best. By motivating the group, it will sure to do the task with quality and with commitment. The leader must also know how to put his pride down, the leader must also know how to listen and cooperate, and the leader must know how and must have a skills on convincing people. If you will ask me, i often times, chosen to be a leader, i do not know why, maybe the people see my personality as one hell of a leader, but when i am already in the team, i see to it that, i will not act as a leader but i will act as a member and part of an organism which will work together for a certain goal. I can be a guide, but never a leader. Cause for me leaders must be a model in order for the group or a team to work well accordingly. I become a basketball team captain ball, i become a guild master of a online gaming team, i already become a group leader in school activities, i become a team leader in work/manager, i become a vice president of the school council when i was in college, i become an editor in chief of a news paper when i was in college, i become a leader of outside organizations, and lots more, if i will put it all here i guess will not be able to finish this one. But the most important things for me, is becoming a leader of my own family, and guide and a model for my kids for them to grow as an individual who will also become an asset not a liability of the society. We all have the potential of being a leader, and we are all leaders at present of our own body and mind, and people who are around us who's in need of great help. We have the qualities and capabilities, we just need to practice it and use it in our own ways and use it in the right way. We are the leaders of our body and mind therefore we must take control of ourselves, decide freely, practice freedom and guide ourselves on how to do the right things right. Hi I do not have any leadership qualities and nor do I wish for the same. What ever task is destined for me for the day, I will fullfill it to my capability and capacity and feel happy for that.

Hi baluyadav I think I was a good leader before I was go to school .At that time , I always gathered my quarter children together to play many kinds of games ! We did have a lot of fun! But after I went to school, I found that as ages getting older , being a leader is so hard ,you have to think of others' opinions , otters' benefit and so on ! It's so complex ! I think it's beyond me ! So I think I don't have leadership!

hi,brother,i have a lot of time,after dispersing children to colleges,i find time to participate in few sites and that;s i am joining.

To be honest ,i don't have the quality.I always admire the people who has it .But I believe we can strenth the quality.With the time going on ,I can benefit from it.

In my childhood I used to gather my quarters children, write a skit on good topic (play), give practice to the children, go to AIR and participate in the children's programme, Balavinodam and Balanandam. I recall people recognising my voice when I went to anybody's house. This is the leadership quality that I showed in my childhood.

I have been a leader for quite number of times. But I don't think I'm a quality leader. I could not distribute the task equally. This is because I could not trust someone ability easily, and I only trust myself. Is hard for me to accept other's opinion, so sometime will be quarrel with group members. Anyhow, we learn from mistake, I'll try to do my best in future. Leadership quality is quite important for us to lead and guide others, even though we are not leader.

Hi Baluyadav,Maybe yes,because during my younger days,I experienced chosen as one of the elected officers in almost all organizations in our school.Maybe because i've always done my duties and obligations.When my children were in their elementary and high school ,I was also elected as one of the General Parents teachers organizations.Until now at my age i really feels as a leader in my family in the absence of my husband.Thanks,Have a great Day!

I was always the bold type, belling the cat in school days, good in acting, giving talks, compering shows, organising picnics and parties, conducting cleanliness drives amongst neighbours, organising get togethers within the family, neighbours, getting together orphans and giving them christmas parties. Phoning up authorities when things dont go well around, like bad roads, garbage mess, phone lines broken, power cuts you name it!!!

Yes I was Leader in my school. I really enjoyed maintaining the class. Girls always attracted towards me those days.

hai,yes,balu,i was elected as leader in 10th class..but it is very problamatic in doing justify to all..some faction of students are not hear my words..bad experience for me.

no i don't have this skill but i wish if i can devlop one i attend a leadership program in university and i live three days suffring of hunger because they give us very littel food and have many excersing games such as climing wall and attached to rope and jump from roof of building i feel more that i don't have the skill when we went to beach and they divid us to two teams and Give us a rope and two barrels and four bars and told us to make boat At the time it began to rain and most of us leave the beach except our team leader who has been trying to link the ropes and four bars that time knew the true meaning of leadership is not the words Leadership is the patience in the dark times when everyone is back and you still in your place because you are the leader Sorry to prolongation
