Liquid crystal display, everyone should be looking at one of these while viewing this page, unless of course you are behind the times and have a CRT monitor :)

LOL well I have a flat screen, but the computer in the kid's room still has an CRT...I am not buying a nice flat screen for her to mess up somehow, and believe me, she would find a way to tear it up if I bought it...

LCD is the abbreviated form of 'Liquid Crystal Display'.

I think it stands for Liquid Crystal Display or something like that, but I am really not sure...
