Alertpay problem.

I've tried to contact the help support desk but they answered through auto responder saying that I have to wait for clarification regarding my question, they message me after my questions are read by the concern staff or office, maybe it took too long.

Regarding paypal verification you have to have your debit card with the accessibilty to internet and also your debit card should have a facility to make transactions such as purcase something online like a credit card then you can enter the 16 digit number with the expiry date and also you have to type in the 3 digit code at the back side of your card too. Then one more thing is you have to send them the NEFT code number of your bank with which your debit card is with. NEFT code is National Electronic Funds Transfer code. You can get this on the internet or you have contact your branch manager for the same. Then when you send in all the above information then you have a verified paypal account. Still sometimes it does not accept the same then you have to get their secured fax number and you can fax these details like I did and got verified...Hope this helps you too... thanx

Thanks, for giving me a lot of information about Paypal, I really appreciate it, that's helps me a lot because today I'm still searching a clue on how to get verified with the two companies, so I have to enroll with my local bank here to get my NEFT? Anyway, I try it and I really need that verification, I'm not get paid if I'm not verified. If the problem occurs in Paypal, maybe I try to send my documents via postal service of fax, is it secure? well if not, what are the other mode to get verified? Thanks for help..

Maybe, but Ive to wait for a day, if they fail, I send my documents via postal mail, I think its a better idea, fax is not reliable way because of its printing, alertpay are very strict regarding documents, maybe I send it via postal mail, please send me a message in relation with your problem in alertpay, you can help me a lot, thanks.

So its worst thing happen, are you submitted your documents via postal mail or online? maybe priorities are according to countries or regions, we have to wait for that, unless it took a year,lol. I hope not, if it takes a month, I send my documents via postal mail,.. Is is the right thing?

How could it be? and if it was happen then Alertpay can send me a email but until now I've received nothing, I think they're not attending the costumers from Philippines..
