hai friends, i heard from one of my friends that it is not advisable to drink water after eating a banana. If so, it will not help us to get the energy from that banana. Is that a myth? or right?

Hi SENKBITHU,No,it is not true.It is advice to drink water after eating. We need more water to completely absorb foods or fruits that we ate. Thanks,Have a nice day!

I don't think that it's real. I often drink water after eating any type of fruits, be it bannana, oraganges, plums... I never experienced something bad happening to me whenever I did this. So in my point of view, it's fake especially since water is absorbed very quickly by your body and will not effect the food inside your stomach. Mind you, drinking water after eating a banana will make you taste something horrible in your mouth because of the little acid from the banana.
