Have you ever thought what this life is all about?

from my perspective,we have the choice to live or die,and we have to make our lice meaningful. we can feel good when we feel that we are helpful to others and can do contribution to the humanbeings. people should have the sense of self-value, i think that's what the whole life is all about

at least you appear to know your purpose. I dont know yet what my real purpose is. How do you get to know what your real purpose in life is?

hello vijayanths, Till last year, even I was thinking something like you. But as I look around the world, my opinion is really changing....As you said in your first line.....we never made the choice to be born?????????, yes this is the root of all the pain and problems.......we all just came to this world and then, as babies, we cried and broke bones of our parents by making then work hard for us.......,then started school life , study study and study,,,,,,,then we found that even after studying so much we cannot get good job, .....so we take what we get.......ok now we have job.......so what........again routine....go to work , work hard whole day come home just to sleep... so you have some bank balance.......then we think of getting married, why??? because that is the tradition....get married and have children and start second stage of hard work.......once children come in life, your identity is finished, your needs, your enjoyment, you desires all go to hell, (of-course with our own generous choice), and finally your children grow and you have time to see mirror just to find a tired old man with few wrinkles and lot of grey hair....., to add to that, our children start feeling we are burden....so I fail to understand what did we do whole life.....Beside this, looking at the outside world....violence, terrorism, crime,injustice.........do yo feel it is worth bringing more children to this world.....I think we should be wise now and advice our children not to bring more children in this world.....those who are born can think like you and live rest of their life...... but no need to bring more life in this senseless world.......hope you will agree too.

hello vijayanths... for me, the mere purpose of my life is to serve my God till my last breath... i believe that e are just having our journey here on earth and this is not our real home... as much as possible, i ant to live my life in my God's way, serving Him. and while i am in my journey here, i also ant to spend it happily and wisely with my friends and loved ones and become a blessing to them and bring happiness to other people's life... have a good day!

Hi. The purposes of your life are very admirable. I hope I could meet more responsible people like you. Defining my life's purpose is a daily discovery for me. The most general, however, is that I want to touch the lives of my family and friends in a more positive way. I know that I am imperfect but I do hope that in my own little ways, I could make their lives better and memorable each day.

For me ,i want to live a happy life and do my best to serve people.What's more ,owing a friendship and romance.

For my opinion, God created life because he want us to use our free will but of course God want us to be his loyal servant to be able to be with him for forever at the time of the world will end. For me the real purpose of life is to utilize God's blessings, like the trees, the animals, the food, the plants and vegetable, the sea, the mountains, the rain, sunrise. To see those God creation. Problems is part of it, it is for our strength, for our emotion, for our kindness and free will. Problems is a chance for us to call God and received his help. God love us and he had given us our life, it is our decision how can we make our life be better and be more useful. As long as I am living I will do my best to spread love and happiness and be responsible for my actions. I want to be useful to everyone as always.

Hi vijayanths, I feel that the purpose that you have chosen for your life is a good one and if everyone had such thoughts this would be a great world. It is my belief however, that we did chose to be born, that we even choose our parents and where we would be born. The journey of the soul is a long one and our purpose is to remember who we are as we learn to accept others for who they are. As we experience life from many viewpoints, we realize that we are all one and become more accepting of others who are really only expressing different aspects of ourselves. Blessings.

hi vijayanths to love others as ourselves to be of service to others and make them happy, and yourself happy. to appreciate all this wonderful world has to offer us, music, art, nature, and hav a family with children, a full life thats what its all about. romance, adventure, serving others , learning, feeling the music and the art and enjoying what is given to you.

Vijayanth, each of us have our own reason to be born. It could be a wish unfulfilled in a previous birth which is to be fulfilled this life. I do not know if I am correct, correct me if I am wrong in my analysis. As far as I have heard and observed, a child relives his/her previous life in the first 4 years of its life. It remembers and behaves in the manner it did in the previous birth. After that period it forgets its previous existence and starts living this life in the manner it wishes to. However, it relates to people and situations according to its spirit elevation. It relates well with those within the same wavelength and may have friction with those that are not. However the elevated soul finds life easier to get by than those with greater desires.

Hi vijayanths: That's the big question everybody has to ask themselves at some points in their life, specially when everything seems to have no sense. My purposes can be simplify in two sentences: i want to be everyday a better person and two, i want to be happy. To make those things i need to work for it, help the other's, to have peace in a spiritual way, be with my family and do the things i love to do, i feel passion for. Hi there, as what most people always say that we should live life to the fullest. For me, the fact that we are here in this world means that God has a great purpose and plan for us. We should seek God's help to drive us to our purpose in life. We live not for our self alone, but we live for God. He gave us the life we have now, and He wants us to do something according to His purpose for us. Let us not just live our life to the fullest, but also lie our life to honour and glorify God's Holy Name.
