I want to know that he is a scam or no

Bux3 is a scam site. Don't waste your time on it. Bux3 was launched on 1st January, 2008, started well as a legit site and eventually started to run out of money...
They now claim that premium users will be paid, but don't fall for this.
I see many premium members complaining they haven't received their payment yet..
Stay from them.
