How would you rate your Overall Earnings?

I am writing a review for my from a different perspective, a perspective of yours. Give me all of the pro's con's things you have trouble with, things you love, suggestions, anything and everything I want to know about. I think this is a great site for a few extra bucks, but could this be a site, with enough dedication, a seond job?

For me I think the only improvement they could possibly make would be that no matter what your earnings were they would pay you out. I think this would make a lot of users a lot more happy especially the ones that don't get on here often. Personally I see why they don't do it though. The thing is if you pay everyone out you are paying more fees so therefore they might actually decrease our earnings over it.

I think the earnings are fair figuring that we could easily go into another forum and not be paid for what we post. Yet here we are being paid, not much but something. I also figure that enjoy myself here and I dont even pay attention to what I am earning.
