India's comeback win in T20????????????

I hate cricket because it is waste of time. But I like to see India win every match they play It can be in Cricket, Hockey, football.

The win against Sri Lanka in the second T20 match at Mohali was on the cards. Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni had earlier confessed that the Indian team was not in the groove when they played the first T20. Probably the Test series win and India officially becoming the number one Test side might have played large on the minds of the Indian players. Becoming complacent might be one of the reasons, but finally that is only a prediction from fans like me. But as said earlier, this win (in the second T20) was very much on the cards. Like the West Indies, when they lost the first Test against Australia very badly in almost three days, they had a very long discussion session, the same might have happened to the Indians. India showed how they can come back and win matches. And so India going downhill is not acceptable. Birthday boy Yuvraj Singh, was the star performer in front of his home crowd and it was a day, a birthday to remember. Sachin Tendulkar had the same type of a fantastic birthday when he single-handedly won the final match for India against Australia in Sharjah some years ago. And it is not then surprised to hear Yuvraj say it is his best birthday till now. Virendar Sehwag as usual was at his destructive best and seemed to be in no mood to be subsided. Gautam Gambhir too was in his elements but an unfortunate run out due to misunderstanding cost Gambhir his wicket. But that did not deter the Indian batsmen from cutting down on the scoring rate. Dhoni, this time around was not only looking for singles and twos, but he too stepped on the accelerator. Because he knew that, some tight overs from the opposition and the match is gone. India finally managed to overcome the Sri Lankan score and create history in T20s by successfully chasing down the score.

Yeah it was very good to see India winning the match in style. Particularly the batting by Sehwag and Yuvraj was very good. On their day they can win any match for India. Hope they can lead India to wins in many matches like this.
