Why Are Filipinos Are Demand on Foreign Lands?

I agree that Filipinos have a reputation for being industrious, and working hard. The Filipinos that I have known have been easy to get along with and willing to do what was asked. As you say, they have also had a good comprehension of the English language. I do think that their friendly personalities are also a big contribution to their employability.

Here in the states Filipinos are in high demand for the medical field. The majority of the nurses in California are Filipino and Latino. I am not trying to be racist, but this is what I see. I guess it is because many Filipinos (not all) are smart, listen well, and they follow orders well, I don't know... I am not complaining because as long as a person can do their job and do it well, I don't care what race they are.

hello ernestman... aside from what you have said which i agree, that most Filipinos are industrious & good in English another thing is that Filipinos are really hard working and devoted or dedicated to their works or whatever they are doing...they value their work and do the best that they can to perform their job well... i think that's why most employers abroad likes the service of the Filipino employees... and they also knows how to respect their employers and they are obedient... have a good day!
