Are you happy with your life?

hmm true indeed that life goes up and down. Even though I am not really happy because of school issues, i feel grateful to my life. I mean My parents gave birth to me and I am grateful to them to let me live. I think it's a reason enough to live. I disagree that life is bad just because things don't go to our expectation.

hello ifa! i can say that i do have a happy life. although its not happy all the time, but still happy moments are more than sad moments... i know, life is not perfect, it do have its ups & downs...but how you face life and problems coming in your way will determine whether you will become happy or not... like me, my life is just an average one, we are not rich, some people thinks that my life is boring, a stay at home house wife, married for 5 years and still no child! huh! but...i still count my blessings and don't look much on the problems...i just laugh on problems, kneel on it and pray to my God... that way, i become satisfied and contented with what i have and what i get...and never lose my hope... i think that what makes my life happy... happy sunday!

Depending on what is going on determines how "happy" I am with my life. More often then not, yes I'm completely happy with my life, other times not really. But, who can be happy with their lives all the time? Especially when you have a particularly bad day or week. Then life feels more difficult. How one views life is conducive to their frame of mind when viewing it. If you're happy, life doesn't seem so bad. If you're depressed, life can seem painful and often not worth living.

I love the words "life always turn around ,sometimes it up, and sometimes it down". i lived a calm life,so there is not too much happiness or sadness in my life.of course,there are many dreams in my mind, but i haven't achived them.this made me some sadness.
