Do you call a ptc site a scam if they are having problems paying their members??

The ptc site did not say they WONT pay their members, just that they dont have the money right now. Waiting on some members to upgrade so they can get some cash. What a shame, the admin seemed so sincere to make the site work. I just knew this would happen.

If i have been paid by the site i would give them the benifit of the doubt but if i was never paid by them i would think scam and give up on the site usally when they start running into problems with paying people that should be a sign to stay away

No I would only call a website a scam if they didn't pay you at all. You have to remember that pretty much any website that actually pays would most likely have quite a bit of members. Therefore we need to allow our sites sometime to process our payments because there could have been a lot of members that had requested payout when you did or around when you did.
