I think you mean level up is to increase the number in the bracket beside your username?
You just have to respond or start discussions as much as you can, get involved to increase the number.
The number indicates how many discussions and replies that you have done.

Lol, "level up"? It's not a videogame, however. In order to "level up" you just keep posting more and more. The more you post, the more you make. The longer you post the more you'll make. Just be active, and watch the earnings roll in. You won't make a lot here but the wealth of information is well worth the time spent here.

I think you get paid more if you post good answers to discussion or start good discussion. Also if you refer others to sign up for MyLot you will get a percentage from their postings. I think the starred number doesn't have a effect on your earnings (if I'm wrong, someone please correct me). I think it just relates to the number of posts you make and the quality of them.

you need to understand that mylot isn't a get rich site as the earning is slow, and in order to earn, you must be active and participate in discussions, and post quality as that is what mylot uses to figure our earnings, Quality is more important than quantity, as if you psot meaningless posts and they aren't quality, then you do't earn for those. Also, anytime you start a discussion, you should post comments to the responses that you receive, as you are only paid fro what you do and not what others do. The comments you make should also be quality as well, and not just a thank you for your response, as you won't earn for that comment either. Your posts should be more than just a few lines, haave substance, and be descriptive. Your one line discussion probably won't earn you anything, as that is a big no no as far as mylot is concerned as it has no substance and just asks a question and noting more. It needs to be longer and be descriptive. In fact, the longer the post the more you earn. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
