From what I've heard, you need to post replies to other peoples' topics or even create your own. It sounds to me like the more you have a conversation back and forth with people and the longer your responses, the more you get paid. I don't think you get paid for anything less than two sentences. I'm sure others will begin giving you more information soon :)

thanx for ur information....am noting any money.....is we get the from the starting or we get the money after doing some discussions........i want the information that for each discussion how much will be paid by mylot

Some sites that have worked for me have been:

Mylot doesn't seem to pay much, and I can't say it pays for sure, because I've never reached payout. But, the sites I listed above pay me consistently. I have made 200 bucks in less than two weeks. It's very time consuming but very much worth it :)
