Are you a person that easily to give up? It is good to admit defeat sometimes, I think, cause if you know you can't make it, it is an energy-saving and time-saving to stop trying. What do you think?

I am not a person who gives up on most things very easily. I would not be where I am today if I gave up easily. There have been a few times in my life that I have battled with depression. Most recently, I battled a severe bout of depression for almost an entire year, and this was not a very productive time of my life. However, since I have gotten over the depression, things have been moving in the right direction. Things have been really tough, but I have not given up, and I don't foresee myself giving up any time soon.

Not only is it wise to give up something which is way beyond you it is time, cost and energy saving as you say and also gives you the sense and direction to make a change. To make a fresh beginning and start on something you can do or want to do is the sensible thing to do.There is no guarantee of success anywhere but one has to move out of a hopeless situation.

I was feeling fed up with attempting to pass my practical driving test. My driving is fine my instructor thinks. However on the day of my driving test I tend to get really nervous. Then I talked to a professional that sees my disabled toddler son. She failed her practical driving tests in January and in February but passed it in March. I will keep trying but it is depressing to have such a difficult time. My driving instructor got me to drive down a steep cork screw hill. Oh my!
